Login to the webpage and in the Deposit/Withdrawal tab enter the desired amount in the Withdrawal field.
Select the bet shop from the drop-down menu and then select the shop from the list offered. Collect the money in the bet shop using the account number and an identification document (ID card). Sign the ticket in the bet shop as the confirmation that you have collected the money.
